Returns & Warranty

Functional Warranty

All devices are covered by a 30-day functional warranty from the date of delivery.

Any unit found defective upon arrival must be reported via our portal within 3 business days of delivery.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear beyond the stated grade, liquid damage, or unauthorised tampering or repairs.

Approved returns are issued as credit to your Kordova Global account or replaced with stock of equal grade, at our discretion.
